It doesn't need to be legalized and regulated by the goverment, they fuck everything up. Just decriminalized and tolerated for personal use is good enough.

Were it that simple. So decrim, and if you want to farm acres? Like corn? Someone has to grow the shit, right?

The Supreme Court of California has declared that growing canabis is not consistent with agricultural zoning. So the "zoning" issue will have to be addressed.

However, growing for one's personal use does not take farm acres. If one is farming acres then one is thinking far beyond personal use. It is a fucking weed. Not that hard to grow. Stop paying for it and grow your own.
