The ban on assault weapons shouldn't have been allowed to expire. I don't think our founding fathers anticipated them with regards to the second amendment.

Agreed. I support the right to own a firearm. However, a regular citizen has no use for an assault weapon.

Although, I keep thinking that no matter what laws we pass when a psycho like this wants to kill people, he will find a way. He will get the weapons illegally or find someother way to accomplish his goal. American needs to find a way to stop these monsters before they can carry out their plans. But how????
