If this is true (and what I'm advocating), people are slipping through the cracks. Sounds like the Aurora shooter (as well as Loughner) had mental issues that people knew of, yet somehow these guys legally purchased guns.

Who's accountable if this is indeed true?

Let me preface this by saying I didn't fact check, it's simply something I read recently...

...the guy that shot up the theater had sent his shrink a notebook detailing this shooting. I wasn't interested enough to look further in order to verify it so it could simply be rumor with no validity. IF it's true she bears some responsibility.

Agreed. Hopefully, someone's investigating exactly what she knew and when she knew it.
