No, here they don't do beheadings but actually put the person on to the ground and hold and AK to the back of their heads.
Now from what I heard regarding those 200 million for the Japanese is actually a bit hilarious. At least I think so and it must be Jihad Joe with his British style that came up with that idea. Japan said it will add 200 million to the international forces fighting IS. Next day then they put up those 2 Japanese guys on TV and ask for 200 million or else.
They are getting quite cheeky with their Fuck You! messages I say.
