I am a bit confused about whom possesses who in that statement. It appears to possess a lot of plurals. As in more than one governor? Or more than one aid? sisters, exes etc. Just how is one to read this statement? Grammar counts, imho. And misused, causes confusion at times.
I'm basicaly saying that a polititian will make money off the law at some point via someone not specificaly associated with the polititian. I call it power laundering.
