Why did Pistorius assume it was an intruder in the bathroom when he KNEW his girlfriend was in the house? If you knew for a fact someone else was staying with you in your house and you heard activity in the house wouldn't just naturally assume it was them and not an intruder? If he genuinely wasn't sure who it was in the bathroom why didn't he say “who's there?” Instead of just blazing away?
