Jailhouse Lawyers...ah, why not?

This asshole's got nothing but time and eternal hope for a better life at someone else's expense.

Kinda cracks me up...

In his 328th attempt at suing someone in federal court, state prison inmate Dale Maisano is demanding $1 trillion from the state of Arizona and others for a belly ache he claims was caused by eating prison food.

In a related lawsuit, he's seeking $10 trillion because he claims he got his food late two days in a row, and now he says he has "an eating disorder, etc."

Maisano, 61, has served more than six years of a 15-year sentence for aggravated assault out of Pinal County, and is doing his time at the Arizona State Prison Complex in Tucson.

According to his most recent lawsuit, filed on Friday, he claims he was fed a "non medical diet," on June 3, and it "caused cramps the whole night[,] which caused the plaintiff to lose the ability to sleep and wonder if they try to kill him."

Naturally, this is a trillion-dollar injury Maisano has sustained, he alleges in his lawsuit.

======================================================

Maisano might just win this one. Hey, 328 could be the ticket.

He's got me thinking up all kinds of mock lawsuits to slap on people.

These bozos got nothing better to do than to suck up more tax supported resources filing these bullshit lawsuits. I think little more time working bean fields would solve that. The fresh air and honest labor would do wonders for his digestion and sleep patterns.

This guy writes them all out by hand (nice penmanship), submits them and then they get squashed. ABC did a little bit about it.

The weirdest one that I read was by an inmate who filed a $5 million civil liberties suit against himself for his arrest and wanted the government to pay himself for himself since he was now their responsibility and had no income. The judge just laughed and threw it out.

I'm thinking of filing a billion dollar suit against my corner store; they ran out of canned coffee so I'm drinking instant. Emotional distress! Dramaqueen
