Do you have any?

I don't recall little kids with deadly peanut allergies when I was young but I hear/read quite a bit about it these days. I have an allergy to bee stings & ironically, animals in general, I use Benadryl daily.

No one in my family has allergies. I've never been stung by a bee which is probably uncommon, so I don't know if I'm allergic to them or not. Most likely not though since I kneeled down on a scorpion once while cleaning the stairs and it stung like a bitch, but no allergic reactions.

Yeah, the peanut allergy sure is curious.

Absolutely NO peanuts (or peanut butter, or anything to do with peanuts) allowed in school. Period.

I do not remember anything like that when I was in school.

My little guy does suffer from allergies. He takes Benadryl and Claritin.

I take zyrtec every single day. I neti pot every single day. If I miss just one, I am shit the next 4 days. I don't remember peanut allergies as a kid but I was also one of the first 5 patients for the new Allergy doctor in our town....in 1975 when I was 7. I weighed 34lbs due to being sick almost 24/7. After 12 yrs of 4X a week shots for 5 yrs, 3X a week for the next 3 and tapering off to 2X a week, my body finally decided to make up for the lack of meat on my bones and in my old age has packed it on with a vengeance.

This has been the worst late summer season for me ever. With all the rain, mold is at an alltime high and the ragweed is worst than the pollen. I never miss work due to illness but have missed 3 days since July because my allergies kicked my arse and drained my energy.

Funny I can take 2-3 xanax a day and it not phase me, but a benedryl knocks me out for 24-36 hrs.

One of my biggest allergies as a kid was pecans. We have a huge pecan tree in our backyard and to this day I can't mow around it or I break out in hives. Pecans are my peanuts.

Oh man, you really suffer. I just get red & swollen eyes like I've smoked a lot of weed.

I'd love to have a pecan tree in my yard. Do you know what those puppies cost per pound.
