I can now poach the perfect egg.
When Leeanne made me poached egg on toast I used to think it was some kind of alchemy! Turns out its very straight forward.

The shells are large pasta shells and you fill them with a variety of cheeses and cover them in sauce. Meat can also be added but I usually choose not to.
