The past couple days I've seen a few stories about the sign language interpreter Gov. Scott used in Florida during Irma was signing gibberish and stuff about monsters, pizza and hugs. hah

I know that's not a laughing matter.

The fat guy that was doing most of the signing I saw was pretty expressive, but he did look like a tard.
I don't know if he was signing BS or not, but there was a lot of buzz on the net about it
Some chick says she is a signer came back with "Hearing people use a lot of facial expressions too" True, and maybe its even valid

I was surprised there weren't more deaths in Puerto Rico when they got hit by Irma. Puerto Rico has a large number of homeless heroin addicts. I was there in 2013 for work and every day at 2:30pm they made their way to the methadone clinic (which was close to where I was working). I swear it looked like the zombie apocalypse because they would come from all directions moaning and walking slowly. Creeped me the fuck out.

This shit is fucking sad and depressing. So many displaced people and too many fatalities. Plus........it's economically devastating when the people in the affected areas are put out out of work because the islands' critical tourist industry is rendered kaput in the foreseeable future. Yeah, there will be more work in reconstruction and such, but much more of the population is negatively impacted economically and otherwise. :(
