BIGOTED NBA OWNER
I would never refuse service to a gay black Jewish woman that was a Liberal. Money is money. hah And I don't care who works with who. I have an office that's not bugged (I think) nor do I have a hot tub. He was so rich he should of just had her shot.
He ain't heavy, he's my brother.

I understand that you would never do that, but I also understood you to support a business's rights to refuse service (or refuse to hire) anybody of its choosing, without it being positioned as unconstitutional or requiring a federal law. I agreed with you on that, though I'd never practice or advocate such discrimination personally or professionally either.

What I was curious about was how you saw Donald Sterling being booted from the NBA (and making a huge profit in the process) as chipping away at the Constitution.
