I only read what Duchess posted and it's the first I've heard of the guy, but I'm not seeing what the problem is. In so many words he told his slut girlfriend that he didn't want her posting pictures of herself with black guys all over instagram because he doesn't want to hear about how she's fucking every nigger in town. I've actually never followed it except for catching the last 10 or 15 mins when I get home from work for about 6 months, waiting for Ellen to come on.

10 mins 2 or three times a week and it's like I've known them all my life.

I will fess up to watching AMC for years. Sonny was on it about 25 years ago and talk about HOT!!

I watched AMC for a LONG time too. I started watching OLTL after school with my sister when I was 12. I haven't watched the soaps in years. But I check out Soap Opera Digest in line at the market. You know who did not age well? Rick Springfield.

Are you surprised?

I have such mixed feelings about this, I don't want to, what he said is so unacceptable but he said it in private. A lot of people have known this side of him for a very long time and it was basically overlooked. I believe there is action now only because of how public it is, those in charge understand it will reflect quite poorly on them if they were to let it slide. Public people, or anyone for that matter, should be able to say what they want in private and not be concerned it will bite them in the ass.

I think you can say what you want in private, but, depending on who you are, if it becomes public and is deemed offensive, there may be severe consequences.

I am surprised that a lifetime ban was imposed and that the NBA will be able to 'force' him to sell.

I agree Duchess. This guys attitude isn't new. It's just that it's public now. I wonder if the Ex and the GF cooked this up so Sterling has to give the team to the Ex. She knows she won't win against the GF in court. This way the Ex gets back at Sterling and makes a boatload of money. And the GF, who IS a gold digger, doesn't have to deal with the suit. And she gets a little revenge against Sterling for being a racist bastard. And maybe the Ex made it worth her while.

And rightfully so.

The way he spoke about Magic Johnson is downright embarrassing.

The NBA is comprised of nearly 80% black players.

He has offended pretty much everyone that pays attention to that league.

I'm not shedding any tears about the guy and I couldn't give a shit about the NBA. I'm just saying that I don't think the guy did anything wrong. He was telling that bitch in private not to draw attention to him by advertising herself with high profile black guys on instagram. I think it's a reasonable request of the gold digging slut.
