^ Sad listen, no matter how poor the judgment of the instructor. He didn't die right away.

This part of the AZ Central report had me shaking my head:
Investigators collected evidence from the scene, including the firearm, the magazine and four live rounds. Deputies were instructed to retrieve copies of the release waivers signed by the family, but were told by employees that the waivers had blown away after the incident.

I can see why there are no criminal charges in this case. But, I'll bet there will be some new requirements placed upon the Bullets and Burgers operation as a result of the Occupational Safety and Health investigation.
