visiting nurses
#1
I have one coming over every few days to make sure I'm O.K. and the last one was more interested in my stupid kitchen than me. She was getting hers redone and liked the way I did it, I spent 15 min talking about my stuff and 45 min talking about the cabinets and the spice rack I built. She is paying over 12,000 for hers mine was around 6,000 but I did all the tile work and trim work. She made me nervous because she had a lazy eye and that freaks me out a little.
He ain't heavy, he's my brother.

Freaks me out a little too. I never know which eye to look at and it's quite distracting, sorta like when I have to talk to a female with sideburns, cannot take my eyes off them.

I always ask the person which eye I should talk to. The reaction is 50/50.

Maybe she was traumatized by looking at one too many assholes; one eye is all she could take.

Maggot, why do you need a nurse? How is your health and what's going on? I know it's none of my damn business and the chances of you giving me a straight answer are about as likely as Clang getting a job but I still want to know. *pouts*

Good. I'll take that as a sign Maggot will answer all my questions. Smiley_emoticons_smile

My mom had home healthcare as part of her therapy after she broke her hip, they were more of a pain in the ass than any help.

So, can we see pictures of your remodeled kitchen?

true. Went from part time Price Chopper produce clerk, to after weeks of no hours and no answers from HR and management being told I'm being transferred up front to work as a cashier with the promise of maybe 2-4 shifts a month in produce, then a short cashier training shift last Monday where I mostly bagged and I was told they'd put in the front end scheduling system the next day, and finally back to no hours and answers from management or HR this week, despite threatening to talk to a lawyer or alert the news or social media to my plight. I've been there almost 2 months and other than orientation and training have only worked about 8 days. Two of those unscheduled where I called up and they told me to come in.
