Why is that funny goofball?

The video was shown at a conference which aimed to collect donations for Trump's re-election.

I don't think all Trump supporters would get all jacked up and motivated to open their wallets when watching that stupid video.  Just a specific target audience would.

How are the DNC and RNC war Chests looking comparatively?

He was aiming for the target audience.

If the answer is no and Turkey was always going to attack the Kurds, what do you think he should do?
You aren't interested in doing more than knocking.

Trump basically gave Turkey a platter with the Kurds on it.

Really? Or is that perhaps misinformed bullshit.
Turkey was going to attack Syria over border disputes that were old before the Americans got there.
Trump could do either of three things:

1) Attack Turkey (a NATO partner) to defend the Kurds and you would have all whined that he was attacking fellow NATO members.

2) Attack Kurds and have you all cry that he is attacking the people who help wipe out ISIS with the US. (and as Turkey in a NATO member they would be obliged to offer military assistance.)

3) He can bring his soldiers home and let old rivals make whatever alliances and deals with whatever nations or people without America being the forever police

Within 24 hours Kurds have made a deal with Syria and Russia for military assistance and now they have new allies and Turkey is in check without Trump breaking promises.

Why was there none of this nuance or contextualisation

Is it because you are a) stupid or b) stupid?

He should not have pulled the troops out. What reason did he have to do that?
out of boredom?
So they can learn to defend themselves.
And now many are dead.
The sanctions he put on Turkey are meaningless.
I will say it again, he handed them Syria on a platter.
Why?

Too Bad the Donkey team can't come up with a vibrant contender to run against the Donald!

As it stands now, the Donald has little to no competition! Sad Shame.

And there's Cry Guy defending the indefensible again. Trump the hero and the Kurds that weren't brutally murdered by Arab militia have a new alliance with Putin and Assad, two men well known for their kindness and generosity. And lets not forget about the members of ISIS that are now running free. Well done, President Trump!

Yes Trump did ask the Europeans to pick up their ISIS citizens and what did they do? Maybe they should have pucked them up when the offer was there. It does not seem to be now.

As to defending the indensible, which of the 3 options would you have said was defensible. I will not play heads ypu win and tails i lose. What option is defensible to you?

Turkey was coming in 15000 and regardless of US having a few dozen troops there.
Turkey did not care they were there and didn't care about threats of sanctions.

Being that they were coming through regardless there were ONLY 3 options. Pick one.

Option three. Caught between a rock and a hard place. Turkey gives no fucks and is coming into Northern Syria in force. US ha less than 50 troops in harms way. Trump can't war against Turkey as they are a NATO member and he has promised to bring back troops early in his campaign promises.

Therefore take out troops and get them out of harm's way. Keep a promise.

But those poor non-NATO allies the Kurds, who do they get to ally with to protect them if NOT USA? Syria or Russia perhaps. Okay so new status quo is that they have new alliances that will protect them and The US does not need to police it any more. Turkey is checked. Win.

Man. That letter is everywhere right now. I saw it earlier and thought it was a joke, and then the White House confirmed it. My God.

Today the president referred to the disaster in Syria as strategically brilliant. Our military there had to run for their lives and then Russia trolled us by hoisting their flag and filming the American base they took over.

An American diplomat's wife killed a young man in a car accident in the UK, she quickly made her way back to America. The parents of the young man went to the White House hoping to convince trump to waive diplomatic immunity. They wanted their son to have some justice. What they got was trump ambushing them by having the woman who killed their son at the White House too.

Apparently he had a meltdown today.
And he talked about sand, lots of sand.
He said the Kurds are not angels, so I guess that justifys killing them.
He said some of them are even worse than ISIS.
