RUSSIAN INTERFERENCE IN 2016 US ELECTION & SPIN-OFF INVESTIGATIONS

Mags, Flynn may well get a light sentence with no jail time, in consideration of his substantial cooperation.

But, he will most certainly not be 'exonerated'.  He already admitted to the crime for which he was charged, of which there's proof on tape.

I will let the judge decide if that was even legal.

Exonerated? Maggot, the judge just forced him to say in court that he is guilty of everything he has been accused of. What is wrong with you? You are presented with facts, not only from the judge but from Flynn himself and you still say this stuff. What do you think he is going to be exonerated for?

I just think it will be dismissed. That's all.

...and, the judge just told Flynn that he sold out his country.

It's already been deemed legal Mags, by the Supreme Court.

And, Flynn's attorney has never challenged the legality surrounding the standard procedures of the U.S. Intelligence agencies in any of the court proceedings leading up to today's sentencing.

I think the judge knows the law full well and will disappoint you.

This is the exact quote from the judge -

The judge also asked the prosecutors if they had considered charging Flynn with treason.

“All along, you were an unregistered agent of a foreign country while serving as the National Security Advisor to the President of the United States. That undermines everything this flag over here stands for. Arguably you sold your country out."

That's a strong rebuke alright.

Seems like the judge was pretty pissed by Flynn and his attorney inserting conspiracy theory bullshit into their statement ahead of sentencing, especially since Mueller recommended such a sweet deal.

He was and he was insistent that Flynn clear up that bullshit right now so that there is a record of him doing so. I don't know if it will be effective in keeping fruity Rudy and the others from continuing to bleat that Flynn was tricked by the FBI but Flynn did say he wasn't tricked, he admitted lying to the FBI and admitted his guilt in all that he was charged with.

Well it looks like he took a fee from a  Russian Television outlet. With all this and the trap the FBI layed for him it may be he is not exonerated. also with all this going on I can only say that whoever gets the next administration be it Trump or any other they had better be clean since the day of birth with every associate and family member too. It should be a rocky 10 years at least.

From what it sounds like, Flynn vomited up EVERYTHING almost immediately and gained Mueller's gratitude for all the info. I suspect Flynn is now worrying about polonium tea which would explain his and his lawyer's ridiculous comments.

Sentencing delayed.

The judge asked more than once if they wanted to wait and they declined each time. After a very short recess Flynn's lawyer/s decided to accept the judge's offer to delay. It appears the lawyer is concerned Flynn is going to get some time. The judge is VERY unhappy with Flynn and his conduct.

polonium is around 250 billion times more toxic than hydrogen cyanide. Just like Brylcreem, a little dab will do ya.

Maggot goes through so many contortions to defend his pimp in the oval office he ought to be working a pole at the Kitty Kat Lounge. With those moves he'd make a fortune.
Thank god I am oblivious to the opinions of others while caught in the blinding splendor of my own cleverness.

Yes, I did. Other than the mind boggling fuckery I was thrilled to see that some bi-partisan work was accomplished. I was unsure of Senator Burr in the beginning.

Just a couple things to ponder in your usual vegetative state of mind.

1- judge Sullivan "before the break" Said that That Flynn was " arguably an unregistered agent of the country..." Much like John Kerry was with Iran after the election.

2-judge Sullivan also asked " what the criminal charge was against Flynn, he was told "the  logan act" he smirked. much like John Kerry with Iran did.

3-after the break Sullivan also said "to be clear he is not calling Flynn "treasonous"

4- Sullivan has asked for the redated 302 document from the FBI " another judge in 2006 ordered Meullar to release another one or get charged with contemp for Meullars involvement with 4 people in jail that were eventually awarded 100 million dollars for wrongful imprisonment" LINK
This document has been re-written 4 times.

Flynn should be charged with stupidity, when Strzok first went to Flynn he should have taken the 5th and hired a lawyer before the FBI tried to wash his phone conversations. If not for that Strzok would still be working for the FBI

Merry Christmas!
