What is true?
#1
I have a hard time believing anything anymore. If it comes from the mouth of a friend or family member about something specific that happened to them, I believe it.
When stories are shared over and over again on social media, good or bad I just look at it and say, "Okay, that might have happened" "But it might not have"
My world is no better or no worse because of it.

Even videos of things-how do I know the whole story? We are only getting clips of what happened.

The world has been reduced to a few video clips and nothing else.

Fact checking has become second nature. It's not good enough to get it confirmed by one or two people, I want it confirmed by several before I believe it.

I want it confirmed by several hundred or thousands of people before I believe it. If I get confirmation and still end up looking like a fool because all those people were wrong, at least I've got good company.
