I don't have an instapot, but I guess its similar to a pressure cooker? Pour a beer in there too, I always add that to my pot roast.

I just looked that up, I've never had that. They look really good though. Are they sweet? Fluffy?

I had them once and I found them disappointing. They're basically hollow puff pastry, there's no substance to them.
