As it should be. American justice is blind and the correct verdict was applied. The proper verdict was come to in this case. The guy that filmed it may skate. If he never filmed it it would not be so firm and conclusive. He was the reason the others were tagged.

If I recall correctly-the 3 of them were not arrested right away, in fact it wasn't until months later when they did release the video that it came to light. MONTHS.
If there were no video-they would have just gotten away with killing Ahmed.

True. I think justice was served. Period. Still I can’t help but cringe a bit when people are sentenced to life without parole or death. However much deserved ultimately 4 men lost their lives that day. Again, no sympathy for the perpetrators but I wish it had never happened.

Tulsi Gabbard just said that America can't be racist because an almost all white jury convicted the 3 men that killed Ahmed.

And before you argue that "America is not racist" just remember that doesn't mean anyone is calling YOU a racist or saying that everything is racist.

She is using a case where 3 men almost didn't get arrested because video proof was not released. She is using a case of a racist hate crime to say America is not racist.
Sure it is a victory that the men were convicted. But don't stop there and rest on your laurels. There is much work that needs to be done.

AND don't come at me saying it is just the media that says America has a racisim problem.

Mine is equal rights, environment and proper treatment of animals.
