looks like the dogs owners need to keep their stupid pet under control and not let it run free. The story shows that the dog got out of it's electronic fenced in yard and then walked 10 miles round trip.

It is amazing that the dog was not killed by a car during the escaped trip. The issue here is how STUPID the animal's owners are. They should be shot and killed.

Well, that seems a little extreme, but I agree that they're lucky their dog didn't meet an accident of some kind. That dog's obviously smarter than some people.

the dumb dog owners admit on that video that the dog can and does get out. they are directly responsible if that dog gets killed by a car during its 10 mile escaping to steal shit from stores. they are assholes. it is that simple.
