Are any of you in a drought right now?

I'm hearing that word mentioned more & more lately. It's so bad that one place found skeletal remains in the dried up riverbed.

Yeah, I'm thinking any day now we'll break off the map and you'll never hear from me again. I'll be at the bottom of the damn sea.

When worse comes to worse you do the back stroke, daddy. That's what I taught my kids. You go with it, not fight it.

Saw it today, This is a gigantic spring that just wells up in this canyon and makes a gigantic fast flowing river, it is from an aquifer in Northern Idaho and the water takes 100 years to get from there to here, the water is so clear that 7' deep looks like 2'. 58 degrees year round...

Is it Mississippi and Tennessee that are having problems right now from flooding/broken water pipes??? That fucking sucks.
I think we are okay, but occasionally our water gets turned off for maintenance so I always have at least a couple gallons of back up drinking water just in case.
