2024 PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATES
#61
trump has an ad on Facebook and he's doing what candidates do--trying to make the other guy look bad. I get it! I don't have an issue with that at all, that's the way the game is played. I don't think it serves him well when attempting to disparage the other guy his people use images from his own presidency.  28

The picture of the burning cop car was taken after George Floyd was murdered by the cops & the photo of immigrants in the water is of them crossing from Mexico into Guatemala rather than crossing from Mexico into the United States.

Tucker gives FOX the bird as he's going out the door, in a way that's truly priceless. I think you'll appreciate it, Tiki.

Wait!

Mexicans are migrating to Guatemala?

How the hell did Trump pull that off  . . . and why aren't we doing that now?

Why do people pay credence to bankrupt politicians like Biden and Trump?

Go figure.

It's the right of return, Tiki. For whatever reason, they didn't make it to el norte, so back they go.

Trump got the Mexican government to stop the immigrants at the Guatemala/Mexican border.

Yeah . . . it's all Ron's fault!   hah

Nothing to do with current market conditions. economic predictors or forecasts!  No!  hah

When your failed revenue projections and targets determine scrapping a project . . . blame an outsider as the reason.

That's sooo Goofy!

The question isn't why is DeSantis doing what he's doing, it's why didn't someone else do it sooner. Robert Barnes strips away the partisan politics and cuts to the chase...

Look . . . here's the skinny on the $1B Disney project:

Disney was planning on constructing a new corporate office building that was intended to RELOCATE their California workforce.

Florida based contractors were not guaranteed to be used exclusively, for the construction.

Disney still has an estimated $17B Florida park expansion project in the works.

(Do you think Cali's Gov. Newsom might have a bigger hand in poo-pooing the project than did Governor DeSantis?)   hah

Hmm.  Interesting.  This is what I read:

" Josh D'Amaro, chairman of Disney Parks, Experiences and Products, told employees in a letter provided to FOX Business that the company is no longer moving forward with its office development in Lake Nona, citing "new leadership and changing business conditions."

According to The New York Times, which first reported the news, the project would have been a nearly $1 billion investment.

Disney first revealed its plans for the Lake Nona campus in July 2021, when D'Amaro informed workers the company would move a few thousand employees from its California headquarters to the new location, praising "Florida's business-friendly climate."

In 2021, Disney had a different CEO . . . if memory serves me correctly.

More Ron DeSantis bad news.  These concern his new stance on illegal immigrants.

First, let's hear from Debbie Wasserman-Schultz and her condemnation of both DeSantis and his illegal migrant hiring policy.

“ You are going to have vegetables rotting in the fields [because Ron DeSantis barred corporations from hiring illegal migrants]. "

In September of 2022, both she and Nancy Pelosi stated:

"Why are you shipping these immigrants up north? We need them to pick the crops down here."

To me, that sounds like the same reasoning, lamentation and justification, used by the Southern States, as to " Who will pick the cotton, if not the slaves? "

Maybe the New Democrats aren't really as removed from their Confederate roots as they would like us to believe.  It seems they've just swapped the skin color of the race they are wanting to exploit.

Next up . . . an alleged trucker with the TikTok handle @robertooleo88oficial, who posted several videos in Spanish. Here is the content of one video (translated):

"Truckers, don't enter the state of Florida. Let's be united as Latinos in defense of our Latin American brothers who are being assaulted by this very stupid law, which incites hatred and discrimination. My truck won't move. Don't enter Florida. Nobody enter Florida."

Again, to me, with Florida having a "Hispanic" population of over 25%, isn't there a potential that this boycott is actually hurting 1 out of 4 Floridians that you are supposedly "defending"?

Thank goodness we aren't like Canada.  That type of trucker talk could get you arrested and have your bank accounts seized or frozen.  Not to mention your rig, too.

I'm seeing rumors this morning that Chris Christie intends to announce his bid for the presidency in the coming days. Just rumors! I've seen nothing confirmed yet.

Pretty sure they were from New York, this was in 2022 for 2024.
