I’m making one tomorrow. You parboil some quartered red potatoes with green beans and mushrooms, drain and mix with a can of cream of chicken soup, a can of cream of mushroom soup, chopped leftover chicken or or a store bought rotisserie chicken, black pepper and a small package of shredded Colby jack cheese. Bake covered for 30 minutes at 350 and then another 15 minutes uncovered until golden brown.

Kinda wish I could make a one pot meal everyday. Just throw some food into the crock pot and BAM, a meal! Fuckin' A.

I hate having to think about this shit every. fucking. day. Gawd.
