A good Jim Carrey example ...

... of how he just needs to stop. Like Robin Williams, I seem to only like them in serious roles nowadays because the crack hyper thing is old to me now. This new movie by Carrey called "Yes" is a good example of how overdone this crack thing is and how someone just needs to tell him to stop! It's not AS crack as some of his older stuff but I can do without it.

Liar Liar or whatever that movie was called was the last straw. Anyway, here is the Yes Man trailer:

At this point I figure he is just going for the insane cash and does not even care what he associates his name with. You would think at some point someone has so much money that it doesn't even mean anything anymore and that script choices become a matter of pride - but apparently not.

You can tell the Hollywood ones that seriously view their work as important art. They make what they need to have a decent life; then focus on doing work that is critically acclaimed by the Academy and SAG, among others. This guy has to be worth $50M to $100M already. Not sure why he is still worried about the coin. ::dunno::

It might just be that's a part of him he has to get out or something, who knows. Makes sense to me, considering the drive it took to get to where he is.

The guy's an attention whore. Did you see the photos of him in his girlfriend's swimsuit? It was pretty embarassing.
