#1
this sucks. sure, the seafood is great and the beaches magnificent. once labor day isover the cape traffic is quiet. no more florida assholes clogging up the road.

but i have to drive 5 miles to mail something and 20 miles to a grocery store!

good fucking thing for online shopping, i need a new fridge, would probably have to drive to that hellhole boston. i'd rather gouge out my eyeballs with rusty barbed wire.

I did not know you lived there. I grew up just south of Boston and was on Cape cod almost every summer with friends who's families had houses there. Pretty amazing place for those who have never been there.

I grew up in the Canton, Foxboro, Brockton area. Do you know where that is? About 20 minutes or so south of Boston.

yes, I was born in the DC area and then lots of moving around with family. most of growing up in the Boston area, but spent time in DC and also was there for about 6 years after college. Very interesting that we spent a lot of time in the same places. Maybe we actually met one time?

Cape Cod looks absolutely charming...It would suck to have to travel so far to run errands but, I'd take that over urban living any day...I couldn't bear living in a city, I would suffocate for sure...I need wide , open spaces to be happy.
