Before I make an ass of myself...
LOL

I noticed Ant and D have made themselves scarce after that charming "Complaints" thread after all their hard work. THAT'S the way to win friends and influence people; well done, Frives. Or should that be Frinister.

Like a Bat out of Hell she did ride
from Forumgarden's front to its side
But her manner abrasive
And PMs evasive
forced Babyrider's glide to a slide...

PMs evasive?? his PMs have been ABUSIVE!

Considering how heavily moderated FG is, I'm surprised that's been allowed to stay up. That 'glide to a slide' remark is pretty bad considering the damage her accident inflicted on her and that's supposed to be such a 'nice' forum.

More special treatment for Jives?

I've decided that nice forums are not so nice when much of what I read would be right at home here in Mock...It's just a fuckin' word to make some feel comfortable, it's not fact.

me: in fact, ANY mention of the banned, such as in that thread, is deemed "disruptive" by the mod squad and is usually summarily deleted with an infraction (gasp!) issued to the poster who dared to breathe the name of the absent miscreant...i am amazed that the thread was allowed to remain up at all! especially since it has been so complimentary to me. poor old spot must be apoplectic! ::rotf::

Yeah, your dear friend Abbey gave me two infractions for daring to mention you and I was quickly banned after that.

I have a rare and unique talent for getting under forum management's skin, don't I. *evil laugh*

You should be proud. You have the same skill sets as a disruptive, misbehaving teenager. Really, it's impressive. Because it's hard to figure out ways to annoy forum mods.

saint the saint at fg...on adultery:

I didn't get married until I was 34 and I traveled the planet extensively22, so I had lots of relationships. Not once did I ever cheat on a girl I was dating or in a relationship with. I'd be a LIAR (Something I desperately try not to be these days!28) if I said that the thought of cheating never crossed my mind, especially in the light of some of the incredibly attractive and intelligent women I've met in a very storied 959794and diverse life.

But I am telling the honest truth when I say that each time that thought stuck me, I found it distasteful and appalling in a place that is at the very core of my being. I knew that to give in to such thoughts, much less the actual act, was not just weak, but abhorrent to my very soul.110 Call it dignity, honor, personal self-worth,3355 or even the "Code of the West", I have not and not and will never cheat on a girl

Were I to do so, I knew that I would never again be who I am.

Doesn't this sound like something you might read in one of those "cowboy" themed Harlequin romance novels many of us read as teenagers? Even as a kid, those things made me sick... I mean, no one talks like that, it's all just flowery rhetoric to puff up his narcissistic personality even more than it already is.

"The very core of my being" sounds so fucking melodramatic.

And believe me, most of us have seen it from him before.

It sounds gay, because he is. He's a fruit loop of the highest order and MF's favorite body "pillow". My lip actually curls up when I read his shit.

I don't even know what to say about that. It's nuts, cheese, and fruit all rolled into a sickening ball. Nice butt buddy you have there, Frank.

My opinion? Adultery is despicable, reprehensible behavior. Saying that, 'Men can't help themselves" is a cop-out and is similar to saying "I couldn't stop myself from robbing that bank." Of course you could, you were just weak-willed or morally bankrupt.

Rather like telling lies. I guess he just couldn't help himself78:
