Well it would be nice if he let the poor things inside the house too. Pomeranians are not meant to be kept outdoors. But then, he did put out all his dirty laundry for them and when it gets wet and freezes, he can just say they like to have their dog house feel like an igloo.

i believe the fuckwit was reported to the appropriate authorities at least once. the bride didn't want the doggies in the house despite the dangerous temps. where she comes from, they are food.
