#1
Feb. 8.

if convicted, he faces a max of 4 years prison. the doctor was negligent and deserves the charge.

Los Angeles, California (CNN) -- Dr. Conrad Murray, personal physician to Michael Jackson, has been charged with involuntary manslaughter, prosecutors said.

A criminal complaint has been filed alleging that Murray "did unlawfully, and without malice, kill Michael Joseph Jackson."

Murray is expected turn himself in soon at a courthouse near Los Angeles International Airport.

Members of Jackson's family are arriving at the courthouse. Asked for his reaction to the charge, brother Jermaine Jackson said, "Not enough."

The involuntary manslaughter charge means that Murray caused Jackson's death by acting "without due caution and circumspection."

They're both idiots (well, Jackson was). What a harebrained solution for a little insomnia.
