we all know them. people who should not be allowed to have email accts.
the spam now with Christmas season upon us is bad enough, delete, delete, delete.
the people who send you emails with 375 of their closest friends' names and addresses on it are really bad. even when i beg them not to do that, they persist. are they simply stupid?
this really got to me this morning. an old friend sent me an email; i never worry about opening his.
so i open it to see graphic photos of the beheading of Nick Berg.
i saw that video long ago and it took me forever to get over it. i am still not over it. so now i will have that in my mind all day and i am sickened all over again!
recently someone asked me if they should view the video. i told them not to. if it devastated me, it would devastate them.
so i am sitting here thinking of writing my friend and telling him to NEVER send something like that again w/o a warning.
even when i have sent other cops crime scene shit, i still put a warning in subject line.
note: it's an email ostensibly re: Gen. George Patton. it will no doubt make the rounds. you may want to avoid it if you are sensitive.
