This hairstyle: A little British girl who fashioned her long blonde hair into a giant bow, like a mini-Lady Gaga, was banned from wearing the style in her elementary school class picture. The school handbook clearly states a no-ribbon rule, according to administrators. Do you see any ribbons here?
