Hey Republicans! Newt for President?
Oohhh. Nine-Eleven.

Thanks for spelling it out.

I kinda was leaning to an FDR's "Backdoor to War" and Bush's "WMD to War" parallel.

Truly - I missed 911 completely.

Look . . . I'm another American retard!

The US really should have kept me as ward of the government.

Okay, so you want to be the world police?

Fine.

When are you going to go into North Korea, Burma and Iran?

If you want to be world police those three situations need your action right now.

One step at a time fuck face.

We might even get a chance to set you free from the Islamists, who knows?

We have already established you can't provide any evidence of WMD's in Iraq before the invasion, so I will ignore the first paragraph of claptrap.

Al Qeada were NOT IN IRAQ UNTIL AFTER THE INVASION. All the Al Qeada groups you and others have mentioned were formed AFTER the invasion.

I care more about the troops in Iraq and Afghanistan than you do, because they wouldn't be over there now getting killed and maimed if it was down to me, a fucked up hawk like you will willingly send young people to their deaths over GOP lies and chasing the Talibans shadow endlessly and pointlessly.

I won't hold my breath, you will NEVER invade North Korea, they actually have a proper army and shit.

Oh yeah I've been under the yoke of the Islamists for years now, please won't you come over and save my infidel ass meathead?

You have any evidence of any that were formed before the invasion?

Or do I have to provide bullshit strawman negative evidence to prove there wasn't........again?

The "Iraq is harbouring Al Qaeda" bullshit was up there with the "Weapons of mass effect" lie.

Since the US can’t find Bin Laden, does that mean he doesn’t exist?

I'm not understanding how someone from Britain can question ANYTHING we do in the US. At least we do *something* to help. You fuckers sit at home and find yourselves superior. I think you are fucking cowards. If you don't fight, you don't get an opinion. Who wants to listen to a pussy? You are NOT brilliant, you are chickenshit.

Stay safe, OP. The world needs more pussy.

Why do you bother with his "world" view that apparently revolves around ten minutes of CNN from nine years ago. He's such a fucking idiot.

Static, dull minds aren't worth the bother of educating. I say that in all seriousness. If you knew me, you would know what a profound statement that truly is coming from me. Let him stay up his own ass since he got rid of the hamsters.

Like the US let busloads of terrorists cross our military checkpoints after the invasion. Some people know NOTHING of war because they were too chickenshit to put their scrawny ass on the line beside their big fucking mouths.

It's just too stupid to address. I wrote him off a few days ago. He will never understand anything that doesn't have to do with his couch in his tiny flat.

He has a passport.

He's worldly.

He sits on the toilet and reads.

He's literate.

He likes whine.

You know what firewater does to me.

Face it . . . I'm just a racist retard and my American (Native) opinions pale in the face of plaid genius.

Besides . . . plaid is my favourite colour.

This is interesting, though. Apparently a few British Paratroopers aren't above a few war crimes:

"My research into this focused on the activities of one battalion of the British Army (3rd Battalion the Parachute Regiment '3 Para') which had been the subject of an investigation by Scotland Yard, but in writing my book I examined a number of other purported examples of criminal behaviour by both sides. The Scotland Yard investigation was originally prompted by the publication in 1991 of a book by Vincent Bramley, a former Corporal with 3 Para, called 'Excursion to Hell'. In this book, Bramley described witnessing the shooting of an Argentine POW after the battle of Mount Longdon on 12 June 1982 and journalists who followed up this story also heard rumours of other similar events.

In fact, both the Scotland Yard investigation and my own research (with Christian Jennings) came up with unequivocal evidence of two 'criminal' acts by the British forces during the conflict, both of which were committed by members of 3 Para. These were the shooting of the prisoner, which took place much as Bramley described, and which was carried out by a soldier from A Company of 3 Para, Corporal Gary 'Louis' Sturge; and also the mutilation of Argentine corpses which was carried out by Corporal Stewart McLaughlin of B Company. McLaughlin was killed towards the end of the fighting on Longdon, but when his body was being removed from the battlefield, he was found to have a number of human ears - cut from bodies - in one of his ammunition pouches. McLaughlin was a very intense man and it seems likely that he picked up the idea from reading Michael Herr's Vietnam book 'Dispatches' which describes incidents of US troops taking trophies from the dead: he was certainly the type of person who might consider putting this into practice."

You think OP has an ear paperweight?

"The British response to the Mau Mau uprising in Kenya in the 1950s was fierce, and largely kept from the public at home. Allegations of torture, mutilation and extrajudicial killing of Kenyans suspected of Mau Mau involvement led to a Scotland Yard investigation in 2003"

"During British rule in Middle East in the 1920s and 30s, in Iraq in particular, numerous war crimes were committed, including village burning and shooting of civilians.[2][citation needed] Winston Churchill was in favour of using new weapons "against recalcitrant Arabs as an experiment". Churchill also understood the tactical advantages of chemical weapons, arguing for use of poison gases on "uncivilised tribes"

I do not understand this squeamishness about the use of gas. We have definitely adopted the position at the Peace Conference of arguing in favour of the retention of gas as a permanent method of warfare. It is sheer affectation to lacerate a man with the poisonous fragment of a bursting shell and to boggle at making his eyes water by means of lachrymatory gas.
I am strongly in favour of using poisoned gas against uncivilised tribes. The moral effect should be so good that the loss of life should be reduced to a minimum. It is not necessary to use only the most deadly gasses: gasses can be used which cause great inconvenience and would spread a lively terror and yet would leave no serious permanent effects on most of those affected.

—Winston Churchill, May 1919, War Office
The poison gas was indeed used in southern Iraq by the British troops, "with excellent moral effect"."

"The most notorious British war crime during the First World War remains the Baralong Incidents. On August 19, 1915, the Q-Ship H.M.S. Baralong sank the U-Boat SM U-27 and then opened fire on the surviving German sailors in the water. Due to the large number of American witnesses, the actions of the Baralong's crew were widely reported in the neutral press. The crew of the Baralong were later awarded £185 prize bounty for sinking U-27."

Brits never have to worry about keeping POWs for too long. They just kill them...
