I just saw my first TV commercial in Spanish, no English. Tylenol creme of some kind. WTF?

I guess Tylenol figures Mexicans are the only ones who would need that creme after working hard all day.

Slightly Offtopic, but I am sitting here watching American Idol..under duress. ANyway, The contestants were telling asomething about themselves, A theme was languages they spoke. One BLONDE said (in English) "I only speak one language---Spanish"
