The woman accused of ripping an unborn baby from her friend's womb is said to have first used a stun gun to subdue her before tying her up and slitting her throat and wrists with a drywall knife.

Kentucky State police investigator Detective Chad Winn testified on Tuesday in Warren County District Court that Kathy Michelle Coy told 21-year old Jamie Stice they were going shopping for baby supplies on the day she allegedly attacked her.

She later allegedly cut the baby out of her friend's abdomen.
Kathy Michelle Coy allegedly subdued her friend with a stun gun before slicing her wrists and throat and cutting the baby out.

Coy, 33, is said to have then arrived at a friend's house in her car without any pants on, with the victim's uterus, ovaries and placenta with her , holding the baby boy and claiming she had just given birth.

Jamie Stice's body was found face down on the ground, disemboweled with her hands tied behind her back the next day.

Her family ran from the courtroom when this part of the detective's testimony was read out.

In further testimony today, the detective said that Coy had asked her teenage son to help her commit murder but when he refused she said she was just joking.

Six people have been accused of brutally murdering a 15-year-old boy who was lured to a home, beaten, shot dead, burned, shovelled into paint cans and thrown in a dumpster.

The remains of Seath Tyler Jackson, from Marion County, have yet to be found but deputies have arrested six suspects ranging in ages from 15 to 37 in connection with his death.

Authorities say that Seath was lured to a home in Summerfield on Sunday night by his ex-girlfriend Amber Wright, 15, who had been texting him 'non-stop' claiming she wanted to get back together with him.

Detectives said it was all part of the carefully constructed plan to kill the teenager.

Once inside the home, he was hit in the head with a wooden object and was shot multiple times with a .22 caliber , according to detectives. When Seath tried to escape, he was tackled, held down and shot again.

His body was then placed in a bath tub and his knee caps were broken. According to the report, when he was in the bathtub he started showing signs of life and was shot again.

He was then tied up, placed in a sleeping bag and burned in a fire pit.

Deputies said his remains were then shoveled into five-gallon paint containers and thrown into a dumpster.

According to WFTV, Seath's parents reported him missing on Monday and thought he had run away.

Yesterday, the mother of 16-year-old Kyle Hooper told the sheriff's office that her son had witnessed the murder.

The teenager, who has been charged with murder, later allegedly told detectives that the group carefully plotted and carried out the crime.

He allegedly told detectives that the house Seath was killed in had been cleaned with bleach and his remains shovelled from the fire pit.

Amber Wright, 15, Kyle Hooper, 16, Charlie Kay Ely, 18, Michael Shane Bargo, 18, Justin Soto, 20, and 37-year-old James Young Havens III have all been arrested.

Havens is the step-father of Wright and Hooper. He is charged with accessory after the fact to first-degree murder. The others are charged with first-degree murder.

Hooper, Ely, Wright and 20-year-old Justin Soto admitted their roles in the gruesome killing, according to the affidavit.

According to WFTV, investigators believe Bargo was the ring leader in the slaying of Seath Jackson and that he wanted to kill the 15-year-old simply because he 'hated him'.

It was also believed to have been part of the break up between Seath and Amber Wright.

Hooper, Wright, Ely, Soto and Bargo were all involved in the planning and luring of Jackson to the home, deputies said.

Hooper allegedly told detectives that he witnessed Bargo shoot Jackson.

Deputies said Havens was aware of the plan to kill Jackson and that he assisted in disposing of the remains. He also gave Bargo a ride to the city of Starke in an effort to avoid being caught, deputies said.

When Bargo was asked today by a reporter if he was innocent while he was being led away by authorities, he gave the middle finger.

in thinking about this horror, i have to say it ranks up there with the very worst of the worst cases i have ever seen.

Amber writes that she's having a bad day. Seath joins the conversation and makes an attempt at a peace offering: “im just trying to stop all the drama you dont need it nither do I,” he writes.

Amber: “Well if yuu wanna stop it. Then dont tlk to me. I wanna be nice. But i cant tlk to yuu. The thought of yuu makes me sick now. So just leave me alone. Ill handle my problems by myself.”

Seath becomes angry and again accuses Amber of using drugs.

April 18, the day after Seath was killed

Amber: “Why do i feel like my hearts gonna stop :(“

A boy named Alex suggests she might just be missing “someone.”

Amber: “Its not that”

A girl asks what's wrong.

Amber: “Baby girl idk (I don't know) whats wrong. I'm saverly sick :(“

A boy is dead & lives are ruined over juvenile bullshit. I don't recall this kind of drama as a teen. The most daring we got was drinking outside of a school dance or cutting class to spend the day out on the boat.

The arrest affidavits are brutal. Seath was alive when Bargo broke his knees to make it easier to stuff him in the bag!? that is some sick stuff.

And Kyle Hooper's mom turned them in. So Kyle and Amanda are brother and sister. I didn't see the police statement for Amanda's arrest. So I'm not sure if they have the same mom.

Yesterday when I was checking out fb pages, Kyle and Amanda's pages were public. They have been set to private now.

Two of the six people arrested for the murder of 15 year old Seath Tyler Jackson are on suicide watch at the Marion County jail. 20 year old Justin Soto and 18 year old Michael Bargo are being closely monitored by corrections officers.

in florida jails, that entails an officer sitting in front of their cells 24/7, and making notes on them every 15 minutes. they also have no uniforms, sheets, eating utensils, they are stripped bare and wearing suicide suit.

everyone upon arrest is asked if they want to harm themselves. if they indicate they do, they are placed on a watch. and at any time during incarceration, if they exhibit signs or say anything, they will be placed on a watch. anyone (nurse, deputy) can put someone on a watch, only a psychiatrist can take them off that status. it's a liability issue.
