I don't like either party. Both seem to think that the hard working people who responsibly pay their bills can be continually tapped for more and more and more. When it's time to lend a helping hand those people have to fend for themselves. The guy at the top gets bailed out of his trillion dollar mistakes brought on by his own greed and the people who live on the dole get more benefits and health care than the guy in the middle who is working to support the system.

The topics for the first 2012 presidential debate were announced on Wednesday by moderator Jim Lehrer.
Lehrer, who has moderated a total of 11 debates, made the announcement through the Commission on Presidential Debates. The 90-minute October 3rd debate will be divided into six 15-minute segments.
Lehrer said the first three segments will focus on the economy. The last three segments will focus on "health care, the role of government, and governing."

I recognize that term "Universal Service Fee". I think it's always a percentage of my bill. Oh my gods, we are helping to pay for those lazy, breeding bitches cell phones!

We have always donated our old phones to the battered womens shelters. My understanding was that they were going to low income single mothers and they usually didn't even have a service applied to them. They were only used to call 911 incase of emergency.
Now we know how/where the hood rats get they fone.

I heard that the hood rats get free additional minutes (beyond the 250 per month) if they refer another hood rat in to get a phone. I haven't verified that but wouldn't that be nice? Here's more...

Not quite KS... the phones given out to those on welfare or social entitlements don't get your used phone. They get brand new ones. Courtesy of you, me, and your benevolent government.
Agencies who take in used phones usually truly use them for the purpose you donated... they recycle, refurbish, or get credit for them to use for those they help.

It's not limited to cell phones either. Pretty much every utility bill you pay probably has some service fee included so those companies can provide discounted rates (or free service) to low income households.
As if our income taxes aren't enough.

Yep, you pay a fee on your utility bills to help pay the bills of those who can't, guaranteed.
When you tally up the latent taxes that exist as "fees", it's really staggering how much of our income is taken from us.
