Swan Creek was bright blue Thursday morning after a container of biodegradable dye was spilled into the waterway from a Maumee company.
The spill on Wednesday came from Pro-Pak Industries, 1125 Ford St. in Maumee, said Tim Murphy, commissioner of Toledo’s division of environmental services.
