The closest I would get to trans gender swaps would be letting my son wear the Barbie skateboard safety gear from a hand-me-down. I may paint them now though. Probably Camo just to make it "multi-national"

Just playing devil's advocate here...what if this child was born as a hermaphrodite and the parents want to see which way the child identifies "it's" self before removing the unnecessary parts?
