There is a tombstone by a railroad track close to my home. It is just a memorial stone, but it has the pictures & names of two brothers that were killed there. There is now a flashing light & drop down guard when a train is coming through. I wonder about the parents of the boys all the time. I can't imagine losing one child, yet two at the same time. Not sure how one continues on after such a tragedy.
It's the hint of arsenic that gives it that extra kick.

It's so much more realistic.

You're showing your age, Dick. Nobody under 80 says "oriental" anymore. Get with the times.

I just did ,so as usual you are wrong again.
Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.

I like it when people leave their lights on at night and you can see a glimpse of their life when you drive by. Not in the Peeping Tom kind of way, just the curious kind of way. I like to see what they are watching on TV. haha

When I was in Houston I met this old lady hanging out in the lobby of the hotel. She was watching the new on the big TV in the lounging area. My brother and I were sitting there having a coffee and chatting. The lady's daughter worked there so she would come sit in the lobby for company while her daughter worked. She was such a sweet lady. So everytime I saw her in the lobby I would stop and talk to her for a few minutes. I think I enjoyed it more than she did. Smiley_emoticons_smile It was kinda sad though that she had to sit in a hotel lobby and talk to strangers for company.

This is why old people should isolate themselves.

She really didn't enjoy your scintillating conversation interrupting the 'View' . . . or 'The 700 Club'. Thanks for making her last remaining days unhappy.

If her cheap daughter would just buy her a nice flat screen . . .
