Don't worry sweetie you will eventually mature.

You fuckin' retard. Are you really so stupid that you didn't see I was responding to your comment that they would arrest her & then interrogate her? Huh? Are you? You pull your ridiculous bullshit every cocksuckin' time someone sets you straight. The only people buying it now are the complete idiots, you know, the ones you can relate to. You're a twat, Dick, probably Mock's biggest one.

They will interrogate her and they don't care if she talks.

how long did casey anthony set in jail?

you see sweetie it's not unique you just have to pay attention to what is normal and what can be done and what has been done in the past.

Of course sweetie anything for you.

The only thing about this case that is puzzling me right now, is that the Step live in boy friend is pretty much not being talked to or about.

all eyes are focused on the mom, I know the questions I would like to ask.

Sean Bradley, current husband of Deborah, stated they can't afford a divorce and that he hasn't seen his son for two years.

How much are divorces these days?
Has Sean been on active duty for two years?,and if not,I can't understand how someone can go two years without seeing their son.

Sean stated he wants to see him and would love to have him back.

The statement ' I would love to have him back' is odd.
Did Deborah keep him away from his Dad?

Regarding the Bio-Dad of the DB's son, as far as I know, if he is a former serviceman or currently in the service, they receive help with lawyer’s fees, loans, etc. So when he states that he cannot afford counsel, I don't know if that would be a true statement.

Heard or read that Sean Bradley was in the Reserve and think active duty status benefits apply also to Reserve status if he is in good standing. Staying married may be beneficial for all involved.

There is some discussion on another board I frequent about the legal status of the paternity of Lisa Irwin. According to Missouri state law, there is a distinction between a "legal" and "biological" parent.

Most paternity actions involve a child born out of wedlock. Paternity actions also occur between married persons where someone other than the Husband is the Father of the child, or where the Husband has fathered a child outside his marriage. There is a presumption that a child born to a married woman is the child of the husband. However, this presumption can be overcome by DNA and other evidence. In some states, the Mother and Husband can sign an "Affidavit of Denial of Paternity" where both agree that the Husband is not the Father of the child.

Generally, if the Mother was married any time in the ten-month period before the baby is born or when the baby is born, the Husband is presumed to be the child's legal father in virtually all States. In this situation, the voluntary process to establish paternity for the biological Father can only be used if the Husband gives written consent to another man being declared as the Father. If the husband will not consent, court action may be necessary to establish paternity. If the Husband cannot be located after reasonable effort, paternity may be established without his consent.

I am not sure what this may or may not have to do with this case. However if Sean Bradley hasn't signed a "denial of paternity", given written consent to Jeremy being declared as the Father, or if Deborah hasn't tried to locate him to sign the paperwork, Sean is the legal father of Lisa Irwin.
(They would also have to provide DNA testing proving Jeremy is the biological father before any actions could be taken.) Contrary to popular belief, Jeremy's name on the birth certificate or Lisa being given the last name of Irwin are not indicators of legal paternity since Deborah was (and currently is) married to Sean Bradley.

(CNN) -- The parents of a missing Missouri girl have refused to be interviewed separately by authorities, Kansas City police said Wednesday.

But the attorney representing Jeremy Irwin and Deborah Bradley, parents of 11-month-old Lisa Irwin, said the couple is not opposed to separate interviews, but do not want what police requested -- an unrestricted interview with no attorneys present.

"Being questioned separately is not the issue," said attorney Cyndy Short. She said the couple has been cooperative and has previously been interviewed separately as well as together. They don't mind being interviewed separately as long as the detectives are fair, open-minded and non-accusatory, she said.

Love the game playing going on here!
Ask yourself this. If this were you, would you absolutely have any problem cooperating with the police who are trying to find your child?

It sounds like to me, there are a lot of inconsistencies on mom’s part, and when she got caught lying or attempting to manipulate information. The investigators caught on really fast.

This is not about liking or disliking people as far as the investigation is concerned. The focus is on the who, what, where, when, and why about the child. These people are fucking retards. Oh the police are picking on me! Get a fucking clue dipshits!

Baby Lisa Irwin Case -- Huge Break or False Alarm?

Police have conducted several interviews with the man Mike Thompson said he saw carrying a baby dressed in only a diaper the night Lisa Irwin was reported missing. Thompson picked the man out from a series of six photos Monday.
This could mean a huge break in the case if Thompson's observations prove reliable. The fact the police was able to show him a photo of a man they'd already interviewed suggests they may have more information than the public knows about who may have removed baby Lisa.

Earlier Witness Contradicts Thompson Account

The Irwins' neighbors who first reported seeing a man carrying a baby wearing only a diaper in the early hours of Oct. 4 say the man is not the man they saw. Showed a photo by ABC News, the woman, who has been publicly identified only by her first name, Lisa, said, "No, I don't recognize him." She said the man she and her husband saw was tall and slender and looked to be bald.

MARSHALL, Mo. - On the heels of announcement that Baby Lisa Irwin’s two half brothers will speak to investigators Friday, NBC Action News spoke to the biological mother of one of the boys.

Rasleen Raim is the mother of the 8-year-old that was living in the North Lister home. Raim and Jeremy Irwin, Lisa’s father, once lived together in the same Northland home. But in 2008, the couple’s custody battle played out in court and Jeremy Irwin received full custody of their child.

Raim said she has not been able to see her son for years.

NBC Action News Investigator Ryan Kath traveled to Marshall, Mo., the day after Lisa vanished and spoke to Raim in person.

Ryan asked, “What did you think when you heard about the baby?”

“I thought about my boy, I thought it was mine,” Raim said.

“How much do you miss him?”

“I can't even say…I miss him a lot.”

We spoke to Raim on the phone Wednesday night and she said she was worried about her son.

We tried to speak to Raim on camera but her attorney Dorothy Savory did not want her talking to the media. The attorney did say she would release a statement on her client’s behalf. But as of 10 p.m. Wednesday, we did not receive a statement.

The Irwin family attorney said the two boys will speak with trained professionals Friday and try and offer whatever details they can to piece together what happened the night Lisa vanished.

My little irish catholic mother is staying with us at the moment. She can see through the mother! Does not believe her one bit. She thinks she is lying, body language all the experts have been saying.

We have been watching this or recording it and watching it later (Justice with Judge Janine) on Fox. When I log into Mock of a morning, I was regularly checking this thread (not lately have been busy) and telling mum, 'they haven't found that little baby yet'.

KANSAS CITY, Mo.— A promised media tour inside the home of missing Northland baby Lisa Irwin was abruptly canceled by lawyers for the family, as the investigation into her disappearance stretches into its 24th day.

The tour of the home in the 3600 block of North Lister was to be led by Cyndy Short, the attorney for Irwin's parents, Jeremy Irwin and Deborah Bradley.

In a statement released Thursday morning, Short said, "The last few weeks have been exhausting to everyone working on behalf of the Irwin family, it has exhausted Lisa's parents and her friends and family."

Short says that all Kansas City appointments for Thursday and Friday have been postponed until next week.

exhausted from what?? searching? no. getting makeover? no. we've already seen the staged "tour" thanks.

I think it depends on the IQ of the boys plus the experience of the interrogators. Whether coached or not, most kids if pressured in the correct manner will eventually tell the truth or accidentally blurt out something that is telling. (Remember Balloon Boy.) Some kids are harder to "crack" than others. The ones working directly with the boys need to be warm, friendly, loving and possibly make a game out of it. That's what worked for me plus promising no punishment for the truth.

They're acting like the parents of a dead child rather than the parents of a missing child.

Speaking of which...

New Search Under Way In Missing Baby Case

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Kansas City police are searching a small lake at Chaumiere Park in the Lisa Irwin case.

The new search began about 11:15 a.m.

Police spokesman Darin Snapp said no specific tip led them to search the area off Interstate 35 and Chouteau Trafficway. Snapp said investigators looked at the map and decided that they need to expand the search area farther from the Irwin home at 3620 N. Lister Avenue.
Officers are in boats and there are K-9 units in the area.

The baby was reported missing from her home on Oct. 4.
