Kraft macaroni and cheese mixed with a can of tuna, peas and black pepper. Not too much cooking involved and it's really not as disgusting as it sounds.

I believe it's called tuna casserole or just simply macaroni with tuna and peas. Tuna Helper comes in a box that actually says Tuna Helper, fuck head.
