i was getting annoyed with a big flock of crows that was raiding my birdfeeders and scaring off the other birds. as well as the squirrels & eating all the chipmunks' peanuts. so a lady told me crows are the spirits of our deceased ancestors watching over us. how spiritual.

i don't recall my ancestors pooping all over my car.

I raised a pigeon. It was a hoot too.

People normally don't think of birds as very intelligent but some like crows and starlings are really bright. Even pigeons are are very underrated. After he took off to be on his own he came back in a small flock to say goodbye.

I found out why they call groups of crows a "murder" a few years back. Their high volume squawks will kill ya'. I wouldn't be surprised if it's intended for intimidation for hunting something.
