Do you watch movies? Do you give a shit if they win a prize?

This last week has been all about the Oscars. Do they affect what you watch? I mean are you one of those Oscar whores who watches every Best Picture Nominee, just with the feeling that"Well, it must be good". Or are you like me and finds all this Bullshit?
I do not watch a lot of movies anyway..my attention span sucks. It is very rare I can sit through a movie without taking a break, or getting totally bored.
So, no..I do not give a flying pile of crap who wins, or not. My husband insists I MUST want to watch The Help..because I read the book and liked it. My response, no not really. I'd rather read.
But that being said, I watched a moving last night off Pay Per View, called Dream House. It starred Daniel Craig & Naomi Watts. About a family man who buys his Dream Home..only to find out a family was murdered there 5 years ago. It is rather a good psychological thriller with lots of twists and turns and an Oh shit ending. LOVED it. Definatly my kind of movie.

I watch movies, and I think "House of a thousand corpses" should win a prize.
Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.

I watch movies that I think will entertain me, regardless of whether some board of rich fucks thinks they're good. I watched a movie last night, something with mila jovovich about a honeymoon, but it was suspense, not that chick flick shit. The perfect getaway or something. It was pretty good, though I figured it out before the end. I love movies that keep me thinking.
Just shut up. Just shut the fuck up right now.

It is good. But, the "Devil's Rejects" is a masterpiece - on my top 10 list. Great soundtrack too.

I love movies. I don't give a damn about the awards. They usually nominate the ones I think suck or haven't even heard of.

I loved 'Last of the Mohicans'. Talk about an amazing soundtrack.

Yes, I was pissed that it didn't win any awards.
