Mustangs and vettes don't do well in the desert.

Sounds like heaven to me...you think I'm kiddin'.

I really don't understand why some people find this type of thing so offensive?

By the way, I also have an 83 Bronco that I'm restoring and building, go ahead and tell me about cars also, I have been working on it for about 2 years already.

I'm doing all of the work myself, Motor, paint, electrical to convert it back to points instead of the electronic ignition, wiring all made to handle a 100 amp alternator, off road lights, lift kit V-* instead of the 6 that it came with.

it's a fucking mess, primer and grease and motor parts and stuff everywhere.

You obviously can't afford to hire professionals to do it for you thats why you are doing it by yourself.

I can afford to hire prefessionals and thats what I do for any large projects around the house. Turning the attic into a playroom for my daughter and her friends, the victorian conservatory in the rear garden and the extension of the kitchen were all done in double quick time by hired professionals.

I'd rather not get my hands dirty.

I am a professional, why the fuck would I pay someone to do what I did for a living for so long?

This has to be among the stupiest posts you have ever made.

You are clearly not a professional and as such I recommend that you continue to hire the work out.

Are you a man?

Because if I am a man in a woman's body, I know where my woman part is now.

I know it's me. I just didn't want him to feel alone now that his wife is off "on business" with a man who isn't afraid to get his hands dirty.

I didn't know she wore a diaper. That makes me sad. Gubbment insurance probably pays for them. No food quid is being taken away from the child. That makes me happy!

I chose early earn in life that I was going to choose a career that involved exercising my brain not my back.

I will leave the manual labour to the peons that devote their life to it.

I also have a gardener.

You are the one with two failed marriages. You are just trying to deflect that no sane man would come anywhere you with some made up drivel about my marriage, a subject you actually know nothing about.

But lets face you are just like dick when it comes to having bullshit opinions on things you know nothing about.

Yet more drivel and retarded speculation about a life you actually know nothing about.

This is why I find poor white trash to be so.....mind bogglingly poor-white-trashy. I don't think anyone chooses to be poor, but I think being white trash is a CHOICE. I know some folks who haven't got two nickels to rub together, but their house and yard are clean, their babies don't run around in diapers and too small t shirts and their kids don't act like fools all over half the county.

So....why? Why do some people CHOOSE to live this lifestyle? Is it environmental? Psychological? Emotional? Or simply white trash begats white trash and they chose not to break the cycle? People can grow up in poverty. People can grow up with asshole parents that don't care what their kids do, what their house or yard looks like, or what they themselves look like. Some - SOME (I would say not even half) can choose to say "Just b/c my parents are ignorant fucks doesn't mean I have to be." Is it just easier to live the same life you lived as a child? Do you LIKE having a broken down chevy up on blocks in your front yard which could pass for a cow field b/c the grass is so high? Why did you choose to live your life as white trash? Why don't you make the choice NOT to act like an illiterate, ignorant douchebag and change the life of your children?

It makes no sense to me. It's a CHOICE. I don't see how anyone with half a brain chooses the white-trash way of life.

Perhaps I can offer some insight.

I work with children, often the children of the adults you describe.

Sometimes I take it upon myself to talk with them about the concepts of rights and responsibilities being interrelated, the obligation one has to leave this world in a better condition than one found it, or a parent defining success as raising your children better than you were raised and giving them more opportunities than you had.

Either their eyes glaze over or they look at me with an amazed expression on their face.

They often had never heard this before from anyone who mattered to them.

And the reason they never heard this from their parents is that their parents never heard it from their parents, who had never heard it from their parents, etc.

We need to differentiate between those who know that there is more than one way to live (who certainly should not be supported or rewarded) and those who don't know that there is more than one option (and who need to be educated).

Why do people torture children, why do these nutfucks do anything they do? No sense in wasting energy worrying about it, it's not like you can change it.

Actually, quite a few of these kids are salvagable. All are worth some effort.

Also, if you later see their names on the front page of the paper, or in the police blotter or the obits, there is some satisfaction in knowing that you tried.
