On the hunt for a chocolate mousse cake recipe for the party. I'd like it to be fluffy instead of pudding like. Any of you have a favorite?

If you mix instant chocolate pudding with heavy whipping cream it comes out like a fluffy mousse. You wouldn't even know it's instant pudding. You need about 1 1⁄2 pints of whipping cream to one small box of pudding. Mix on low slowly adding the cream untill desired consistency.

sweet, I just got a couple bottles of Sinister Hand, be happy to decant one. Its a fine Owen/Roe red blend just the best actually, and I still have some of this awesome haze.
