#1
2 lbs. brussel sprouts cut in half
3-4 cloves garlic
8 oz. bacon chopped into half inch pieces
12 pint heavy cream
1 small habanaro sliced minced super tiny

Fry bacon on medium high until crispy. Add garlic/habanaro toss. Add brussel sprouts. Add heavy cream. Reduce heat to medium low. Cook until brussel sprouts reach desired tenderness. Serves four regular people or one Riotgear.

I like them, I like veggies period except for okra. I don't like anything more than Breyers ice cream though.

i love them! and buy them still on the stalk like this.
cut a little X into the bottoms, they will cook better if you are going to saute them whole.

I suppose there's nothing that can't be fixed by adding bacon and cream. I will DESTROY that plate of sprouts right now^ YUM.

They're really good cut in half and pan-browned with olive oil, garlic and pine nuts. A little parmesan cheese and butter is even better, if you're not concerned about the calories (and bacon makes everything better, imo).

Nope..no way no how. First and last time I had them was when I was a kid..because our parents made us try stuff before we said we did not like it. Brussel Sprouts & squash are definatly on my do not like list.
