Tennessee guacamole

Oh dear god... mayo and sour cream in guacamole? ::doh::

Quote:[b]If you have one cup of mashed avacado, add 12 cup mayonaise, and 12 cup sour cream. And salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste, and, a little lemon juice. Since most mayonaise has lemon juice in it, you don't need much.

What's wrong with just straight avocado with a little lemon juice & salt?

I like finely diced tomato, fresh cilantro and garlic powder...

As much as I like mayo, that made me gag a little when I read that.

yum

I can't imagine mayo in guacamole either. Apparently the French eat mayo on hard boiled eggs. I think that's a little odd too.

They've got to whip it up to a fine froth in Tennessee so they can suck it up through a straw.
They can't cut through avocados with only two teeth.

Yes, egg salad. A much better subject than these salad tossers we have for newbies these days. They need to go back to buttfucking each other and licking the brown eye.

Sure, but that has other stuff added in to make it yummy. Plain mayo on a boiled egg? I dunno...

One of these days, we're actually going to get a couple of queers in here and they'll respond with graphic details of their sex life ensuring that no one wants to go there again. ::lmao::

Have you ever heard of a Scotch egg? It's kind of amazing.

Title:

Scotch Eggs

Description:

A hardboiled egg encased in sausage meat, rolled in breadcrumbs and then fried. fried. fried.

Ingredients:

6 hard-boiled eggs, well chilled (i try to cook them to just past soft boiled stage, then stick them in the coldest part of the fridge to firm up) 1 pound good quality sausage meat (i used ground turkey meat, seasoned with sage, white pepper, salt and a tiny bit of maple syrup) 12 cup AP flour 1-2 eggs, beaten 34 cup panko-style bread crumbs Vegetable oil for frying

Directions:

peel eggs; divide sausage into 6 portions. roll each egg in flour then press and shape a portion of the sausage around each egg. dip sausage-wrapped eggs into beaten egg and roll in panko. heat oil to 350˿F . cook each egg for 4-5 minutes (longer if shallow frying--constantly turn the eggs around for best results) or until sausage is cooked and browned.

Yep. A guy I worked for a long time ago used to make them (he was a Scot/Brit/Kiwi). They were fantastic. He didn't make them very often though.

Fuck that nasty mayo shit. Its all about the zing of miracle whip baby! Fried egg sandwiches and miracle whip. Deviled Eggs? Made with miracle whip! Egg salad? Miracle whip of course! Mayo is nasty. I use miracle whip everywhere it says to use mayo. Always. Now I'm hungry for some deviled eggs you asswipes. How dare you! Or a fried egg sandwich.
