THE LACK OF GOD

What we've lost is core values in raising our children, becoming a society that accepts violence as commonplace. In less than 1 month, the needless deaths of 20 children and 6 adults will be forgotten nationwide and won't be news...but Lindsay Lohans latest escapades will be.
Of the millions of sperm injected into your mother's pussy, you were the quickest?

You are no longer in the womb, friend. The competition is tougher out here.

I agree with that. We have fucked up individuals spawning & raising more fucked up individuals. Many of those people don't take pride in a damn thing, not their children, not their homes, not their education and I'd be willing to bet many of those same people don't even possess a work ethic. They aren't role models for the kids they bring into this world.

I often wonder if kids are too desensitized today. I am not going to blame video games and such; because not one particular cause can justify the ultimate effect upon anyone. But not sure if I was just shielded from such subjects as sex or violence, but I cannot remember being a kid and having any interest in either. I just played with my toys, believed in Santa Claus, worried about good grades, got my ass beat when I was bad, and greatly feared but loved my parents. I don’t think there is anything wrong with that.

Then I think about today's children; who are basically raised by kids.....and that had me really looking at a lot of things like punishment and accountability; I doubt they have either in their core values as they grow up. It seems a lot of younger parents are too quick to place blame upon another before realizing that there kid is just a fucked up train wreck, and they are to blame.

My first reaction was to be pissed off at your (what appears to be) cavalier attitude but upon reflection I then realize you're sadly correct.
