Yeah the downside to owning a Dell is the technicians are all Indians. I hate how they either interrupt you while you're telling them your problem to say "Hi how are you? or How is the weather?" or wait to try and talk to while "looking up" the solution to your problem.

I was sent from Washington state to the Philippines. It went from bad to worse. All for a stupid bad shipping charge that was a warranty. A 95.00 headache that just won't go away. Its still not rectified whine bitch moan.
