A Senator is trying to convince people to boycott GoT because of the rape scene on Sunday night. Seriously. It's a story for crying out loud. Anyone who has ever watched it knows it's filled with graphic violence and sex. I haven't seen it in it's entirety yet but I've seen what I think was the whole rape scene she refers too, it's simply Ramsey tearing open Sansa's dress from the back and bending her over onto the bed and then the sound of sex and crying, is that the whole scene? If so, I'm surprised to read so many negative comments of those agreeing with the Senator.
I have read all that nonsense about banning GoT and how this scene was not needed. Well I think it was dern well needed so that Sansa would finally see what evil Theon has been tortured by and finally be able to hopefully hear his story and hopefully forgive him.

Yeah, it's on HBO and it wasn't really that graphic in my opinion. I've seen waaaaay worse on that show, way. The violence is mind bending, many beheadings and a guy got his dick cut off, etc., lots of blood and guts.

I just watched an interview that Kit Harington did and he said that the 20 minute battle took a month to shoot under miserable conditions. They slept in tents out there, it was cold, wet and miserable but in spite of that it's one of his favorite GoT episodes and was a lot of fun to make.
After seeing all that I have through 4 seasons I thought I was prepared for anything but watching Stannis let his little girl be burned at the stake blew my mind. I kept waiting for her to be saved right up until the flames consumed her.
I'm sorry there's only one show left this season. Bummer.

I have not finished the books and know that this season does not follow the books. I have also been rewatching XFiles---20+ shows and realize that 10 EPISODES are not nearly enough to tell this story before I am 100.
That being said, here are my thoughts.
This is going to break Davos when he finds out about Shireen. I know Stannis is a weak and bad dad but I had hopes his heart would melt a little because he truly believes he is king by birth rights and really he is in line with the right bloodline. But he let an evil red woman get in between him and his child
. Maybe Davos will flip his crap and take Stannis out. Or at least the evil red woman.
Jon confirmed that Winter is Coming. I wished the new Wildling Chick had worked out for him but not gonna happen. Jon and maybe Sam are the few that see the value in combining to make a bigger conquest for Winter
. No they know the only chance they have is putting differences and injustice aside to survive.
I am not a Dani fan. She just doesn't have my interest, even with the Dragons. But Tyrion being there makes her story worth watching. All I know is that she better get her Dragons to Castle Black to save the world!!!!
I would love to see the Girls more but there are just not enough time to see where they are going!

I don't hate Jaime as much as I did when he pushed the boy out the window, but I want to see Cersei dead. She needs a rock to the face ASAP. My only goal of watching the show is to see her die. Michael Bolton dying would be a bonus.

Dani started out a great story. She turned into a deliberating coward. Afraid of the black dragon (racist) and keeping her other two locked away in a basement while you whine about politics. The King with the biggest army is going to be that frozen dude given everyone they kill comes back to life.
When I realized the writers would kill off anyone I tried not to like any of the characters. Key word, tried. I spent all last season worrying about Tyrion, not so much this season.
I don't know what to think about the man at Castle Black who hates Jon. I wasn't so sure he was going to open the gate and let him back in.
I have a shit list in my mind - that bitch Cersei is on it, Ramsey and Stannis and for sure that goddamn witch. I never much liked Sansa, I thought she was a whining little bitch but that's slowly been changing, now it's been fantastic to see her growing stronger with each episode. Ramsey won't break her now.
It's almost time for the last GoT of the year. Y'all be able to hear me wailing where you are if they kill off Jon Snow or Tyrion. I'll be cryin' like a little bitch.
