I looked & looked and now that I see her it seems so obvious.

Thanks! I didn't know who had painted her when I posted that, I've since went to his website. He's a hugely talented guy. It's amazing the way the eye can be tricked.
I had to blow it up a bit, then it jumped off the screen.

I could see the lady in the rocks instantly, I still can't see the one in the bird though.
Never mind, I was sitting too far from the monitor. As soon as I looked close up to the bird I saw it right away.
