I have an aggravation surcharge that I use, it even has a revolving scale that penalizes for phone time.
When I was working with the public I had a Brother In Law charge for having to come in and unfuck whatever the brother in law fucked up, started at $75 and went up from there

I don't know about your work policies but we are actually allowed to hang up on customers who swear and insult us. We just have to warn them first that if their bad behavior continues we'll hang up. Its fun to see these abusive customers call back and try and act all sweet with another rep, not realizing we have notes on the record from his previous call.
We can hang up too and I did. And we also have notes. I couldn't say he asked me to suck his dick so I said he made a rude suggestion.
